Skyline Portal
Nimbus' easy-to-use Skyline Portal is the gateway to Nimbus' customer support resources. It provides an easy-to-use Web interface for opening and tracking technical support requests, downloading software updates, and viewing support contract details. When creating a support request, customers can upload the expert log archive created by the Nimbus software to easily share system configuration details with our technicians to quickly resolve support issues.
